Of Saugus - Patricia M. (Golden) Andrews died at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston on Sunday, October 7th surrounded by her loved ones after a courageous battle with Lung Cancer.

Born in Norfolk, VA, Patricia was the daughter of Janice (Hawk) Golden & the late David Golden. Having been the child of a parent in the military, Patricia has lived virtually all across the country. Constantly moving and starting over was nothing new for Patricia, but her experiences along the way made for a lot of fun stories. With not much of a college background, she grinded and worked her way up to the top in every job she ever had.

Patricia leaves her job where she was Director of Compliance, this afforded her the luxury of traveling the world and making some of her closest friends. She enjoyed camping, fishing, and watching a good rain storm passing through. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Patricia would take sleeping in a tent under the stars over a five star hotel and a Bud Light over a glass of wine any night of the week. She may have been a boss at work, but Patricia was truly a humble and fun loving person who was always up for an adventure and a laugh.

In addition to her mother, Patricia leaves her three beloved children, Nikkole (Andrews) Powell of Lynn, Anthony Andrews and Alexandra Inferrera, both of Saugus and their fathers Rich Andrews and Paul Inferrera; her cherished grandchild, Jackson Powell; two brothers, David & Keith Golden; one sister, Laurie Golden. She is also survived by her two best friends whom she considered sisters, Maryellen Ruggiero and Joann Webster.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Target Cancer Foundation @

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial vistiation in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Sunday from 2-6 p.m.
