Obituary

Ms. Maryanne T. Mandolese, of Saugus, formerly of Everett & Chelsea, died on January 15 at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Born in Cambridge, she was the daughter of the late Ettore & Josephine (DiIenno) Mandolese, former owners of Mandolese’s Bakery in Everett. She was a member of the Maranatha Charismatic Prayer Group. Following her retirement from the Archdiocese of Boston and the Massachusetts RMV she became an active member of the Blessed Sacrament Community. Ms. Mandolese was involved with the Women’s Guild, the Bible Study Group, a coffee hour baker, teacher of religious education, the Book Club, the adult faith formation and a eucharistic minister.

She is survived by her sisters; Donna Hoffman of Lynn, Rita DiCato of Everett. She was the sister of the late Robert Mandolese & Dominic Mandolese. Ms. Mandolese is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Catholic Charity of your choice.

SERVICE INFORMATION
Visiting hours will be held in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS, on Tuesday 4-8 p.m. Relatives & friends are invited. Funeral from the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus, at 10:30. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Catholic Charity of your choice. Entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
